Origin Story
Born and raised in San Francisco, I grew up surrounded by high achievers. I always say I started in sales at the age of 2, translating for my mother. As the oldest of two, with my dad working long hours and my mom waiting for her green card, I was the one on the phone—negotiating with doctors, managing appointments, and navigating a world that wasn’t built for us.
I always dreamed of going to Stanford, and I’m not embarrassed to admit I cried when I got into Berkeley instead. Growing up near Silicon Valley, ambition was a given. I was the golden child—Class President, IB student, lifeguard, athlete. The classic story of the overachiever who never let anyone see her sweat. The only way for me to survive was to do. And never stop doing.
But beneath the surface, I was unraveling.
I battled severe weight gain, reaching a place where I no longer recognized myself. My mental health spiraled, and eventually, I found myself in rehab—not just for my body, but for my mind. As someone who lives with bipolar disorder, I’ve come to understand just how much everything—our environment, our upbringing, our thoughts—shapes us.
That need to make sense of it all led me down two paths: psychology and money.
Who are we? How does the brain work? How does language shape our reality? How do we change our words to change our hearts? Where does spirit fit into it all? And, most importantly—how do we leverage our consciousness to build the lives we want?
These questions have driven my career, my studies, and my mission. Whether through coaching, storytelling, or business, I’m here to help people understand themselves, and to reflect their gifts back to them. Because success isn’t just about what you achieve—it’s about who you become in the process.
